How to Draw a Welsh Cob / Full Tutorial

In this tutorial, I teach you how to draw a beautiful Welsh Cob Horse head portrait.

The horse we are drawing is Tynyrheol Cymro, a beautiful Welsh Cob Stallion. The reference photo was kindly supplied by Anthony Booth from Rainhill Welsh Cobs.
In this tutorial, I talk you through how I like to start my commissions, from talking to the client, dealing with tricky reference photos and making alterations. I have purposely chosen a photo that doesn't have the greatest amount of detail or the best lighting so that I can show you how I go about tackling portraits with tricky reference photos.
